World Fusion Bazaar Vendor Application

Step into a vibrant global marketplace at River Landing. Explore handcrafted jewelry, textiles, clothing, and cultural treasures from local and newcomer artisans. Enjoy flavour-packed international food and live music, dance, and cultural performances at the amphitheatre. Families can dive into interactive activities. With riverfront views and a welcoming atmosphere, the World Fusion Bazaar brings cultures together for one unforgettable weekend.

Artisan Vendors

We welcome artisans and vendors offering handmade or crafted goods that celebrate creativity and culture from around the world. This may include items such as artwork, jewelry, textiles, clothing, ceramics, woodwork, prints, cultural crafts, and other artistic creations. Vendors may be the artist themselves or a retailer representing artists or makers, including work created locally or internationally. Products should be handcrafted, artist-designed, or culturally inspired.

Food Vendors

We are seeking flavour-packed global food experiences that reflect the spirit of the World Fusion Bazaar. From street food favourites to traditional dishes and sweet treats, we invite vendors who bring the tastes of different cultures to life. In accordance with Saskatchewan Health Authority regulations, all food vendors must ensure that food is prepared in an approved commercial kitchen, and/or pre-packaged food products, and/or operated from a unit with a valid City of Saskatoon Mobile Food Truck License.

This is a preliminary ask for interest from vendors. This registration is not a confirmation you are accepted as a vendor at the World Fusion Bazaar.Upon confirmation, you will receive an email, including payment request. Do not send payment until you receive confirmation of acceptance to our event. All vendors are responsible for their own cash register system, equipment (tents, chairs, tables, etc), wi-fi & power.

Application Deadline: Sunday, May 3, 2026.

  • Event open to public: 2 PM – 9 PM
  • Tear-down: 9 PM – 10 PM
  • Vendor set up: 8 AM – 10 AM
  • Event open to public: 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Tear-down: 5 PM – 6 PM
