The Diversity in Leadership Summit creates a space for organizations and community partners to come together as allies in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. It supports visible, inclusive leadership and strengthens cross-sector relationships across Saskatoon.
The Summit builds on the success of the Leadership and Community Engagement (LACE) Program, Saskatoon Open Door Society’s flagship leadership initiative for newcomer professionals. LACE is a certificate-based program offering leadership training, practical learning, and community-based projects. Over the past six years, the program has supported the growth of inclusive leadership across Saskatoon.
The Summit is designed for individuals who are interested in leadership, equity, inclusion, and community impact. It welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds who want to learn, connect, and contribute to inclusive leadership in Saskatoon. You can expect the following at this event:
