Akintunde Owoseni, PMP

Akintunde Owoseni is a technology Project Manager, entrepreneur, and a recent newcomer to Saskatoon, bringing over ten years of experience delivering complex digital and business transformation initiatives across diverse sectors. He is passionate about using technology, structure, and collaboration to turn ideas into outcomes that create real value for organizations and communities. Akintunde holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, a globally recognized certification for project management practitioners.

Deeply committed to service and leadership, Akintunde is an active volunteer in the Saskatoon community. He currently serves as Director of Governance with the Project Management Institute – North Saskatchewan Chapter, supports community access and sustainability initiatives as Volunteer Coordinator with the Library of Things in Saskatoon, contributes to civic decision-making as a Member of the Saskatoon Board of Revision, and volunteers as a Customer Experience Ambassador with the Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport (YXE).

A proud LACE Alumni, Akintunde is particularly interested in inclusive leadership, newcomer integration, learning from Indigenous histories and perspectives, and building pathways for diverse professionals to thrive. He continues to seek opportunities to learn, serve, and contribute meaningfully to the communities he calls home.
