Our specialized support program is designed for internationally trained professionals who are finding it difficult to secure work in their primary field and are ready to explore rewarding careers in related industries. We provide expert one-on-one guidance to help you identify how your professional skills and credentials transfer to alternative career paths. By offering current labour market information and tailored Alternative Career Action Plans, we empower you to navigate the job application process with confidence and find a new professional direction in Canada.

Requirements:

• Must become a client with the Employment Services Unit (register below) or speak to your current ESU counsellor
• CLB 5+
• Facing barriers in your primary profession
• Interested in exploring alternative career options
• Detailed resume
• Good computer skills
